Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Exeter is seeking a friendly and proactive Guest Services Host to deliver exceptional front-of-house experiences across reception, concierge and workplace support at client sites.

You will act as a confident first point of contact, build strong relationships with visitors and colleagues, manage registrations and access, and support meetings, events and VIP visits while upholding Mitie's service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front-of-house roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain an SIA licence if required for specific client/site.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact, delivering a high-quality hospitality experience.
• Manage visitor registrations and access requests.
• Support meeting room setups, events and VIP visits.
• Provide front-of-house and administrative support as required.
