Responsibilities

• Take ownership of enquiries at the reception/guest lounge, using listening skills to identify solutions.
• Respond to emails professionally and maintain lounge standards.
• Lead by example for Made you smile and Mystery shopper.
• Stay vigilant and report suspicious activity to Control Room; assist with Fire Emergencies as instructed.
• Support on centre events such as summer/winter activations and craft sessions.
