Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Dakota Manchester Airport. The role focuses on welcoming guests, checking in/out, handling requests, reservations, and light housekeeping while delivering high standards of service.

We seek a genuine people person with strong administration skills, flexible availability, and prior hospitality experience in 4- or 5-star settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years working experience in a hospitality setting (hotel preferred).
• Strong administration skills and ability to prioritise and work at pace.
• Experience with 4- or 5-star hotel environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Be flexible with shifts and available during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during your shift and delegate tasks based on workload.
• Perform Reception duties: greet guests, check-in/out, and handle reservations and billing.
• Provide high level guest service in line with Dakota's service principles.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office computer systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Offer additional services to enhance the guest stay (restaurant bookings, directions, room deliveries).
