Job summary

Dakota Hotels is seeking a hospitable Concierge Supervisor to lead the guest and reservations team at Dakota Manchester Airport Concierge Department. You will manage valet parking, chauffeur duties, and luxury transfer reservations to private terminals, delivering a warm, seamless Dakota experience for every guest.

Working with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B, you will ensure accurate guest preferences, arrange restaurant bookings and local recommendations, and coach a high-performing concierge

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Concierge/Doorperson or Front of House Supervisor.
• Proactive approach and hands-on guest assistance.
• Full UK driving license held for at least 5 years for insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concierge team with clear direction and motivation.
• Carry out valet parking and chauffeur duties for hotel guests and staff cars.
• Handle luxury transfer reservations to private airport terminals with high attention to detail.
• Ensure smooth guest arrivals/departures and a warm Dakota welcome.
• Coordinate with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage guest and reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange additional services such as restaurant reservations, transport, and local recommendations.
• Monitor standards, appearance, and procedures for service excellence.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
