Job summary

Dakota Hotels in Manchester is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead the guest services and reservations team, oversee valet parking, drive guests when required, and ensure a warm Dakota welcome from arrival to departure.

You will coordinate with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B, manage guest preferences, arrange restaurant reservations and local experiences, and contribute to a service culture through training and development within a hospitality-led team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge/Front of House supervision is desirable.
• Proactive with guests and able to carry luggage and assist as needed.
• Holding a full UK driving licence for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concierge team and support daily operations.
• Provide valet parking, chauffeur duties, and drive guest cars as required.
• Coordinate luxury airport transfer reservations and guest services.
• Ensure smooth guest arrivals/departures with a warm Dakota welcome.
• Collaborate with Reception, Housekeeping, F&B for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage guest reservations and preferences with accuracy.
• Arrange extra services (restaurants, transport, local experiences) for guests.
• Monitor standards, appearance, and procedures to maintain service excellence.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of team members.
