Park Plaza is seeking a Guest Services Host/ess to welcome guests and handle requests with warmth and efficiency. You will be the first and last point of contact, ensuring a memorable stay through proactive service and clear communication.

Key duties include promptly addressing guest needs, coordinating with various hotel teams, and maintaining a courteous, caring attitude to uphold Park Plaza's service standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Promptly, helpfully and politely manage guest requests.
• Good command of English and strong communication abilities.
