Job summary

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is seeking a Night Guest Services Host/ess to be the first and last point of contact for guests in a busy central London hotel. You will deliver a welcoming, attentive service and handle guest requests with care while working night shifts.

The role requires a good command of English, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, calm, guest-centric approach. Park Plaza offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Ability to respond promptly, politely and with care.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Experience as Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as the Night Guest Services Host/ess.
• Handle guest requests with a helpful, caring attitude.
• Maintain a professional, friendly front desk presence.
• Support with departmental service and incentive schemes where applicable.

The ideal candidate for the NightGuest Services Host/ess role will:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills
