Park Plaza in Greater London is seeking a Night Guest Services Host/ess to provide exceptional hospitality during night shifts. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, efficient experience and handling requests with a can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate for the Night Guest Services Host/ess role will:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills

• Have previous experience as a Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host/ess
