Whitbread in Hemel Hempstead Central is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including bar duties.

Roles include evenings, weekends and busy periods in a busy Premier Inn reception and restaurant environment. Shifts are varied and you’ll be supported by a team, with full training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
