It offers a permanent contract and 10 guaranteed hours per week, with a pay rate of up to £13.06 per hour. You will work shifts including evenings and weekends, in Perrymount Heath, Haywards Heath, and the role does not require prior hotel experience.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly and helpful attitude encouraged.
• Comfortable working in a busy guest-facing environment.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates when busy to keep the hotel running smoothly.
