Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn in Chippenham is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner while ensuring guests have a smooth stay.

You will work 24 hours per week on a fixed-term contract ending 31 January 2027, with shifts including evenings and weekends in a busy hotel environment. No two days are the same, and you’ll help guests from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Welcoming guests and helping them check in
• Serving breakfast or dinner to guests
• Answering questions and solving problems for guests
• Keeping reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Supporting teammates during busy periods
• Ensuring guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
