Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Hull West Premier Inn. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and contribute to a smooth stay by serving meals and helping guests with enquiries.

The role requires flexibility across shifts including evenings and weekends, with a permanent contract and guaranteed 16 hours per week at rates up to £13.06 per hour. Full training will be provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stay calm when busy or under pressure.
• No hotel experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
