Whitbread in Tring is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Tring Premier Inn. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast or dinner service while contributing to a smooth guest stay.

The role involves evenings, weekends and busy periods, with a permanent contract and 12 guaranteed hours per week. Full training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
