Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Thurrock West Premier Inn. This role pays up to £13.06 per hour with 12 guaranteed hours per week and a permanent contract.

The position is based at Stonehouse Lane, West Thurrock, RM19 1NS, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, answer questions and help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enjoys helping people and staying calm in busy times.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and helps them check in.
• Serves breakfast or evening meals.
• Answers questions and helps solve problems.
• Keeps reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.
• Supports teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensures guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
