Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Farnborough West (Southwood) Premier Inn. This is a 20-hour per week permanent role, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll greet guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and support the hotel to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm and helpful people fit best. You’ll work evenings, weekends and during busy guest periods as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
