Job summary

Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Frome is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including bar duties. The role includes evenings, weekends and busy periods, with a permanent contract and ongoing training.

Shifts vary by need, and you’ll support guests and teammates to keep the hotel running smoothly from arrival to departure. A friendly, calm demeanor is valued and you’ll help guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful candidates encouraged.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or meals, including bar service and alcohol
• Answer questions and solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates during busy periods to keep the hotel running smoothly
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
