Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at the Dunstable/Luton Premier Inn. You will greet guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including assisting behind the bar when needed.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. This is a permanent role with 20 guaranteed hours per week, and no zero-hours contracts. Training and team support help you settle in and grow with Whitbread.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; transferable retail or service experience welcome.
• 20 guaranteed hours per week; permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner; may work behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
