Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and help ensure a smooth stay.

You’ll serve breakfast or dinner, work behind the bar, answer questions and keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best, while supporting teammates when the hotel is busy.

No hotel experience is required—if you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm, we’ll teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
