The role includes serving breakfast or dinner, answering questions and solving problems, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm people fit in.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and enjoy helping people.
• Stay calm when it’s busy and stay proactive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.

• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
