Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in, breakfast service, and guest inquiries. You will contribute to a smooth, friendly stay by performing a variety of tasks in a busy hotel environment.

This role rewards flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with opportunities to learn across Premier Inn and grow within the company. Training is provided from day one, and every shift offers a chance to make a guest’s stay memorable.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy.
• Open to learning and taking on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals to guests.
• Answer questions and assist with guest needs.
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
