Job summary

Premier Inn in Bristol City Centre (Kings St) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner. This is a permanent role with 20 guaranteed hours per week and shifts that include evenings and weekends.

No prior hotel experience is required; friendly, customer-focused individuals will be trained to assist guests throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy.
• Open to candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure every guest is looked after from arrival to departure.
