The Cumberland in London is seeking a friendly reception associate to warmly welcome guests and support their stay. You will handle check-ins/outs and guest inquiries, using a calm, proactive approach to deliver memorable service in a busy hotel environment.

Shifts are five days out of seven with a flexible rota. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities to grow within a dynamic front-of-house team at a prime central London property.
