Job summary

The Westin London City in London is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Agent / Switchboard Operator to welcome guests, manage smooth check-ins, and provide answers and local tips to enhance their stay.

Shifts will vary, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays. We offer part-time and full-time permanent roles with flexible scheduling, plus staff meals on duty, cycle-to-work, discounts for friends and family, and recognition rewards.
