Crimson Hotels Group is recruiting a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the Front Desk at the DoubleTree by Hilton London West End, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations. You will drive upselling opportunities and maintain high standards of appearance and service.

You will lead, train, and develop the front desk team while handling guest requests and inquiries with a can-do attitude in English. Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.

Qualifications
