Crimson Hotels, part of the Crimson Hotels Group, invites applications for a Reservations/Sales role at DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End. This 275-room property with three meeting rooms up to 120 guests is ideal for corporate events and leisure stays.

Responsibilities

• Convert, quickly, enquiries into contracted business
• Respond, positively, to sales enquiries to develop future sales leads
• Identify sales leads, as appropriate
• Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation
• Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards
