Qualifications

• Experience is not essential but a genuine passion for hospitality helps.
• Strong communication and the ability to work well in a team are important.

• Comfortable using MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and beverage service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and maintain high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
