Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is hiring Guest Service Assistants to welcome guests across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You’ll receive full training to work across guest-facing areas and start a career in hospitality.

The role reports to the Guest Service Manager and offers a pathway through funded apprenticeships, discounts on stays, gym access, and wellbeing support. Experience isn’t essential; strong communication and proactive service are valued.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work across reception, restaurant, bar, and events.
• Proactive approach to identifying and completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
