Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, restaurant, bar and events. You'll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
A proactive approach with initiative to notice what needs doing.
Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.
Experience is not essential; a genuine passion for hospitality is valued.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
Assist with check-in/check-out, food and beverage service, conference setups and banqueting.
Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt your approach to each person.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
