Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests across reception and F&B, delivering outstanding service and representing our brand values.

You’ll receive full training to work across guest-facing areas, with opportunities to develop through our apprenticeship and internal programmes, discounts and gym access.

If you’re motivated, good with people, and comfortable with technology, this role could kick start your hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is great but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Proactive approach and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and beverage service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build relationships with guests and maintain cleanliness across guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
