Hawksmoor Air Street is seeking a Reservationist to welcome guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, coordinate seating and cloakroom, and support the floor team to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be central to the guest experience, ensuring every table is ready and every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests warmly and comfortably on arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service.
• Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service.
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and the kitchen.
• Support the floor team by helping set and reset tables and assist service when needed.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and email with care and professionalism.
