Job summary

Hawksmoor Seven Dials is seeking a Reservationist to be at the heart of the guest experience in a fast-paced, non desk-based role. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support the floor team to keep service running smoothly.

This fixed-term position runs through to 10 January 2027 with the possibility of extension, based on business needs; training is provided as part of a warm, generous hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and confidently on arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service.
• Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service.
• Oversee cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and the kitchen.
• Support the floor team by helping set and reset tables and assist service when needed.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and email with care and professionalism.
