Brewpoint Taproom in Bedford is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to take responsibility for the customer journey and staff performance across bar, restaurant and events spaces.

You will take accurate orders, work closely with kitchen staff, oversee payments, and confidently promote the menu and drinks while upholding high service standards. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none.
