Brewpoint in Bedford is seeking an inspirational Venue Manager to lead a flagship hospitality destination. You will oversee hospitality, events, private hire, brewery experiences and retail, aligning team energy with guest expectations and commercial goals.

As face of Brewpoint you will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, grow revenue across food and drink, build local partnerships and deliver memorable experiences during sport events and daily operations.

Formación

• Commercial Leadership and revenue growth across hospitality
• Experience leading complex hospitality operations including events and private hire
• Proven ability to create memorable guest experiences and manage multiple revenue streams
• Strong local partnerships and community engagement to drive footfall
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for craft beer and hospitality
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams
• Hands-on leadership style with resilience in fast-paced environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team with a culture of pride and development
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences to position Brewpoint as a destination venue
• Drive sales, profitability and operations across food, drink, retail, events and private hire
• Build local partnerships and events to increase awareness and footfall
• Champion the Brewpoint brand and storytelling around brewing heritage
• Collaborate with brewery and support teams to launch products and experiences
• Maximise commercial opportunities through planning, marketing and business development
• Ensure safety, compliance, cleanliness and presentation across the venue
• Own the ongoing success and reputation of Brewpoint in Bedford
