Job summary

Charleswells in Bedford is recruiting a Supervisor to lead a busy bar, restaurant and beer-led venue. You will own the customer journey, take orders, ensure accurate payments and help deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Process payments and issue correct receipts.
• Recommend menu and drinks offerings confidently.
• Monitor service standards and report incidents or issues.

Position

Supervisor Duties Include

• Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
• Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
• Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
• Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
• Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
• Being a supportive and proactive leader

Requirements

You will need to demonstrate:

• Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
• The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
