Chef & Brewer is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, support the management team, and ensure a smooth operation across our pubs. You will foster a welcoming environment for customers, oversee service standards, and help manage busy periods with a motivated team.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and hospitality best practices, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining compliance across all areas of the bar and dining service.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly.
