Job summary

Wells & Co. via Brewpoint in Bedford is seeking an inspirational Venue Manager to lead a flagship hospitality destination, delivering exceptional guest experiences across bar, restaurant, events and private hires.

You will drive revenue, manage multi-faceted operations and build community partnerships, while championing the Brewpoint brand and culture of outstanding service. A dynamic, hands-on leader is required to sustain growth and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue, profitability and operations across multiple revenue streams.
• Experience leading complex hospitality operations including food, drink, events and private hire.
• Ability to build partnerships and drive community engagement.
• Strong leadership, people development and hands-on ownership in a fast-paced environment.
