KFC Barnet - High Street is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to warmly welcome guests, guide them through the menu and digital ordering, and help the team run smoothly. You’ll spot issues, fix problems on the fly, and raise the bar for service every day, focusing on speed, clarity, and a friendly, confident tone.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
• Comfort with digital ordering and kiosks/apps.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a warm smile to make them feel valued.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose options and promos.
• Assist guests with kiosks or the app, making ordering easy and guided.
• Keep the flow moving to reduce wait times and communicate order status to guests.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary to the Team Leader or GM.
