KFC UK is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to greet guests, answer questions, and keep service running smoothly while guiding digital orders. You’ll spot and fix problems on the fly, support the team, and help raise the bar for great service every day.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to stay calm and think quickly in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using digital ordering tools and apps for guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile to make them feel valued from the moment they enter.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose items and promos.
• Assist guests with kiosks or the app, showing them how to customize and order.
• Keep service moving by monitoring queues and communicating order status to guests.
• Address guest concerns calmly and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
