Responsibilities

• Know the menu inside out, answer questions and highlight promos to help guests choose.
• Assist guests with kiosks or the app, showing them how to order easily and accurately.
• Keep things moving by managing queues and updating guests on their order status.
• Handle complaints calmly and involve a Team Leader or GM if extra help is needed.
