• Previous supervisory experience in front office within the hotel, leisure or retail sector.
• Calm, efficient and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience increasing profitability.

• Manage, record and resolve promptly all guest complaints.
• Meet and greet VIP guests and major corporate clients.
