Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is hiring Guest Service Assistants to welcome guests across reception, restaurant and events. You’ll receive full training to work across guest-facing areas, with opportunities for career development through funded apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, meetings and events.
• Assist with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach to individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Support brand standards and company goals with outstanding service each shift.
