Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, food and beverage, and event spaces. You’ll receive full training and the chance to build new skills in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for people and hospitality; experience not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, able to spot what needs doing and act.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service each shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the center of everything you do.
