Job summary

Haven is looking for an Activities & Pool Manager to lead our activities programme and pool operations. You will be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen, coaching a team to deliver brilliant guest experiences and ensuring safe, well-run facilities.

You will manage scheduling, budgets and resources while maintaining safety standards, and you will mentor your team to create growth opportunities. DBS checks and relevant certifications may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in sports, leisure or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with budget experience and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver high-quality activities and pool experiences, coaching and developing staff.
• Own guest experiences by addressing concerns and driving improvements.
• Manage scheduling, budgets and resources while ensuring safety and compliance.
