Job summary

Haven is recruiting a Head of Park Experience & Leisure Operations to lead a cross‑functional function including Activities & Leisure, Entertainment and Retail Revenue. You will drive guest and owner experience, revenue and costs, while ensuring safety and brand standards across the park.

The role requires senior hospitality leadership, a data-driven approach to improvement, and a collaborative style to work with the GM and central teams.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in hospitality, leisure or retail.
• Proven expertise in guest and owner experience management, including NPS/advocacy.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance and people processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the park-level guest and owner experience strategy; turn insights into action.
• Lead and develop Team Managers; drive engagement, retention and performance.
• Oversee operating standards, brand compliance and incident management; drive improvements.
