Job summary

Haven in Spittal is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Team Member to deliver outdoor and active experiences for guests and owners. You’ll help set up, run, and tidy daily activities, while keeping safety at the forefront and encouraging participation.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic attitude for outdoor activities.
• Excellent communication with guests of all ages.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
• Enhanced DBS check required; 18+.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, operation, and takedown of daily activities.
• Engage with guests and provide guidance during activities.
• Deliver safety briefings and ensure safe equipment use.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery.
• Keep activity areas clean, organized, and maintained.
• Report safety or equipment issues to leadership.
