Job summary

Haven is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Team Member to help run a variety of outdoor experiences for guests and owners. You’ll lead, guide, and support visitors during active experiences while upholding safety standards.

The role suits energetic individuals who love working with people and enjoy a fast-paced environment. DBS check is required, with inclusive training and career development opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for outdoor activities.
• Strong communication with guests of all ages.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Experience in activities or customer service is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and take down daily activities ensuring safety and readiness.
• Engage with guests, provide guidance and encouragement during activities.
• Deliver safety briefings and explain how to use equipment safely.
• Assist guests with climbing walls, high ropes, archery and other activities, offering tips.
• Keep activity areas clean and well-maintained; report safety issues to leadership.
