Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking an Activities & Pool Team Manager to lead our activities programme and pool operations. You will be hands-on, manage scheduling, budgets, and coach your team to deliver brilliant guest experiences.

This full-time, permanent role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and safety knowledge. DBS check will be completed before starting. Onsite accommodation and a performance bonus are available.

Position: Activities & Pool Team Manager

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Plus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus + Onsite Accommodation (subject to availability)

We're looking for an Activities & Pool Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our activities programme and pool operations, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job you'll be hands‑on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen.

• Experience in a leadership role such as Swimming Pool Manager, Activities & Leisure Manager, or a similar leadership position in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality.

• Fast-paced environment experience with attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver
• Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Budget and financial management experience
• PPO and SPTO certificates preferred (we'll support training if needed)
• Health and safety knowledge

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
