Job summary

Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking a Reception Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure the highest guest service standards in a 4 Red Star setting.

You will act as the main guest contact, delivering warm, proactive service and leading a motivated reception team to exceed expectations. The role is full time, requiring flexibility to work five days out of seven, including weekends and evenings, with a focus on maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and frontline

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills to train and develop the reception team.
• Strong organisational skills with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel front office system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the hotel reception and uphold AA 4 Red Star service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create lasting impressions as the main point of contact for guests.
• Lead and develop the reception team to exceed guest expectations and train staff as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to cover weekends and evenings as part of a full-time five-days-in-seven schedule.
