Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Host Assistant Manager to act as the engine of the shift, driving a warm guest welcome while translating strategy into daily actions. You will coach the team to upsell rooms and services, support budget awareness, and champion smooth front-desk operations with the Opera system.

You’ll lead with energy, recruit and develop talent, and maintain a positive, guest-first culture across a busy hotel lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership qualities to guide a busy hospitality team
• Strong guest-service focus with ability to resolve issues on the spot
• Coaching staff to hit upsell targets and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Experience using hotel systems and shift management practices
