Job summary

Village Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Host Manager to lead the front-of-house shift with energy and warmth. You will combine a friendly, personal guest experience with efficient use of our check-in technology, guiding the Host Team to read the room and resolve issues on the spot.

You will recruit and coach team members, manage upselling opportunities, control wage costs, and ensure targets for ADR and Club Fill are met.

Responsibilities
